In the beautiful Snowdonia National Park only a few miles away from the charming market town of Dolgellau, and a bit further to the coastal resort of Barmouth on Cardigan Bay.
The area is a paradise for walkers, climbers, anglers and mountain bike enthusiasts.
The property is around 150 meters from along the A470 from the nearest licensed country hotel.
The house, built of local granite around a century ago, has been lovingly restored and refurbished especially for holiday letting in 1999.
It is ideal for one large extended family but groups of outdoor enthusiasts are also welcome.
